Reinvest24 update – Der erste erfolgreiche Exit aus Moldawien
I recently made a post about investing in Moldovan real estate, where I also shared my own experience. Today I’m back with great update as one of the projects successfully exited before its maturity date and gained me nice returns.
Talking about the project, it’s Belgrad residential development loan, a 10-storey apartment building in the capital city of Moldova. 189 investors participated into financing the last part of this project’s construction, which was supposed to take up to 9 months but exited before its maturity day. During this period Reinvest24 investors were able to receive a 15% annual interest with monthly payouts. This project is also the first exit of Moldova which means that Reinvest24 gained its first track record on the new market.
Also, recent month was very notable for Reinvest24, as they exited 3 more projects, overall repaying back to investors more that 1.1m EUR and strengthened platform’s financial stability be increasing the share capital from 2.500 EUR to 125.000 EUR.
My actual return
I also want to give you some insights about my actual return on Reinvest24. As I mentioned a few times I'm tracking most of my assets with the free tool Portfolio Performance. For the P2P platforms and their returns I use the IRR. For the sake of completeness I also added the TTWROR figure as well. Start date of the calculation was the first day I made a deposit on Reinvest24, which was February 20, 2019.

Apart from the exited project, I still possess 5 more projects, which I continue monitoring and will keep you updated. So far, fluent flow of monthly income and absolutely no problems. In approx. one month two more projects will be repaid.

How to increase returns even more
Some time ago, Reinvest24 published an interesting article, explaining what else you can do on the platform, in order to increase your returns. And here you should bear in mind two things – the secondary market and compound interest rate strategy. After reading that, one of the recently exited projects gained up to 25% in total effective return, I decided to see where a constant reinvesting of my monthly incomes can bring me and will it bring the same results as advertised. Let’s see.
